Presentation and tasting of the 8 PDO-PGI cheeses in agreement with 3 Savoy wines and the Savoy Apples and Pears for a duration of approximately 1h30.
Tasting: individual portion of each cheese (in the form of a skewer) + 3 Savoie wines (e.g. Crémant de Savoie, Roussette de Savoie, Apremont...) + Savoie fruit juices (for children).
Presence of a moderator to present one by one the products and to exchange with the public.
Distribution of documents: recipe ideas, leaflets, Route des Fromages de Savoie map, children’s booklets...
