The herd contributes, by grazing, to the maintenance of ski slopes. Their milk is harvested by the Haute Maurienne Vanoise Dairy Cooperative for the production of Beaufort Eté.
10:30 a.m.: Join us at the mountain pasture to meet and discuss with our producers. A moment of sharing that will end with a tasting of Beaufort.
Plan your picnic and take advantage of the afternoon to discover the mountain pasture on your own.
Milking at 6 p.m.
Access (car): From Aussois, take the D108 to the dams car park. 6.5 km in about 10 minutes.
Hike: follow the Instants Beaufort arrows.
