Thank you for giving me the opportunity to relive precious memories by preparing them for you.
And if, when eating them, some of you find in them the smell or the warmth of a sweet moment from the past, then I consider I have made real “rzoules”!!!

- all year long in the markets of Châtelard (Friday morning) and Aix les Bains (Saturday morning)
- in the summer in the markets of Lescheraines (Tuesday morning and Sunday morning)
- in the shops “Au-rendez-vous du Terroir” IZ des Iles in Annecy and the “Fromagerie entre lac et montagne” in Saint-Ours
La Rzoule
Rissoles are to Bauges what madeleines are to Proust!
If their hearts are not as open as my grandmother’s rissoles, you can be sure they were made with all of mine.
