The herd contributes, by grazing, to the maintenance of the landscape and the conservation of biodiversity. The milk is delivered to the Beaufortain dairy cooperative for the production of Beaufort Eté.
Program:
10h30: Join us at the pasture for a moment of meeting and sharing with our producers and their families. Tasting of Beaufort to continue the exchanges in the late morning. Plan your picnic and continue if you wish the discovery of the alp in autonomy in the afternoon.

Located at 1,950 m above sea level under the Col du Joly, the associates of Gaec Les Sabotdance Florent, Bérangère as well as their children welcome you to the Alp Besoens d'en Haut for a day of meeting around the Alp.
