The farm has 170 dairy cows and 150 heifers of the Tarentaise breed, with a cheese processing activity all year round. Located in the Beaufort PDO area, the milk is mainly processed into winter Beaufort (at La Chenarie) and mountain chalet Beaufort (at the Rossets and Entre-deux-Nants mountain pastures, in summer).
