Kundalini is the energy of consciousness, creativity and joy. When it circulates, you can access your full potential by creating a balance between your body and your mind. It is a powerful practice open to all without any prerequisite level.

Kundalini Yoga can help you to

It is a powerful holistic technology that works on the different planes of the being through a series of exercises, called "kriyas" using breath, rhythm, dynamic or static postures and sound in the form of mantras, relaxation and meditation

"Summer Harvest" retreat, August 22 to 28

The retreat will be held from Sunday, August 22 at 3pm until Saturday, August 28 at 1pm.

Accommodation in a beautiful private chalet at the top of Plagne 1800, surrounded by fir trees. The yoga sessions take place outside on the large private terrace.

2 daily sessions of Kundalini Yoga (early in the morning and at the end of the day), hikes in the mountains and a walk in the valley on the banks of the river Isère.

Writing and drawing work, but also an 'Oracle' evening and songs around the wood stove!

Meals are gourmet and vegetarian. The fresh produce comes from a local organic producer.
