NORDIC WALKING
Nordic walking is the result of the training of the cross-country skiers, it makes work 90% of the muscles of the body by the propulsion of the arms and is non-traumatic. It offers a wide range of applications: well-being session, cardio, muscle building, oxygenation, trail running, recovery...
BUNGY PUMP
Used in physical preparation, its effectiveness was demonstrated by the significant increase in energy expenditure (32% increase on average compared to conventional Nordic walking) and optimized muscle reinforcement.
The "electric bike" of walking! It offers a very playful aspect: the propulsion obtained by the return of the pump leads us in an acceleration with a pleasant and exhilarating sensation.
