Welcome to our blue house, run by the Chef Yoann Conte since June 2010, for an exceptional meal in an enchanting setting. The chef's cuisine will take you from Brittany to the Alpine Lakes and along the mountainside, with wild plants enhancing the flavour of the dishes. Specialities include fish from the lake and all the flavours of Savoy, with a wine list including local, French and European producers. You can sit on our terrace by the lake to enjoy an aperitif outside, or take a walk in our botanical gardens after your meal.
