The Vanoise national park information desk can advise you on the various itinerary routes depending on your level of experience; for a day walk or a longer trip with overnight halts in mountain huts.
Do not hesitate to appeal to their good advices, how to prepare your hike, which kind of equipment to be taken, advice to walk, etc.

The Park also offers you guided outings supervised by Park ambassadors label guides.
