Program of walks and snowshoe hikes, from Monday to Friday, available at the tourist office and on www.passmontagne.fr or by phone.
Xavier Dusonchet, mountain guide, shows you the hidden and off-trail routes around the resort.
Here is an overview of the proposed activities:
Discovery of the natural mountain:
Snowshoe walks allow you to immerse yourself in the quiet of nature, discovering forests, snowfields, alpine chalets and beautiful panoramas.
NEW THIS YEAR: half-day walks with the Grand Plan reindeer.
This easy walk on foot or on snowshoes is recommended for children aged 8 and over and also for "big kids". Sid and Kiowas, the 2 young reindeer, will be walking with us. You'll be able to hold them for part of the walk thanks to a halter attached to your waist by a belt. You'll learn about reindeer life in the far north and why their bodies are particularly adapted to the cold and snow.
Snowshoes and sensations:
The snow provides a feeling of softness and even light glide on the descent.
The racket is an endurance activity that allows you to breathe deeply the good air of the mountains. Jumps, slides and races are possible for those who wish.
Torchlight night outings:
Snowshoeing is also a very pleasant activity with family and friends, especially during torchlight night outings. 3 formulas are proposed: night and savoyard aperitif, nocturnal followed by a restaurant and, special families, nocturnal walking with the reindeer of Lapland.
Low snow, no problem:
In case of insufficient snow, I also offer hiking and walking through the ski lifts or my minibus, it is possible to fetch more snow at higher altitudes.
