These walks with little elevation are also appreciated by pregnant women and young mothers wishing to oxygenate their body and mind. All courses can be practiced pregnant or in the company of very young children in portage, even without rehabilitation.
The outings are supervised by Bertille, mountain guide and young mother, with training in sports supervision from the maternity ward, and having experience in nature outings with very young children.
