This route can be combined with circuit no. 29 (Petite boucle de Forgeassoud) at the Espace neige du Crêt.
Curiosity of the trail : Le Crêt is the former centre of Saint Jean de Sixt. The centre was moved in 1868 when the road between La Clusaz and Thônes was re-routed.

A sunny family walk on the heights of the village, with a view of the village and the Tournette massif. The route is groomed (snowshoes not required).

Walk past the town hall and take the second junction (route du Crêt). Walk 70m and cross the ‘centre’ toboggan run on the left to join the signposted circuit. Once you reach the snow area at Le Crêt, head back up along the La Perrière farm to return to the village.
Variation : To make the walk longer, you can branch off onto trail no. 29 at the espace neige du Crêt, then take trail no. 28 again at the same point once the loop has been completed. Total duration: approx. 1 hour 45 minutes.
