To further your exploration of the biathlon learn shooting techniques such as zeroing, prone position, standing position, and shooting during the effort. For fun and games enjoy races, relays, and other challenges.
Adult course (ages 13 and up)
- 3 x 2 hours: 10 m range, prone and standing shooting positions, skating, to discover the biathlon.
- 4 x 2 hours: 10 m range, prone and standing shooting positions, 50 m range only for 16 year-old persons and more, skating, to perfect your biathlon skills.
