Gîte (200m2) on 3 levels in an old renovated country farm also including the owner's accommodation. Each has its own private entrance.
The interior layout and the many spaces available in the gîte are perfectly suited to welcoming groups.
On the ground floor: entrance hall/skiroom, fitted kitchen open to dining area (fireplace), après-ski room, bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm, shower), wc.
1st: living room (sofa, TV), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140cm + 1 bed 90x190cm, bathroom with shower), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm, bathroom with shower), wc, bedroom 4 (1 bed 140x190cm + 2 beds 90x190cm, bathroom with wc).
2nd floor: bedroom 5 on the mezzanine (4 80x190cm beds, bathroom with shower), wc.
Everything is included: sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning.
Garden, terrace with garden furniture, plancha, barbecue. Private car park.
Hikes from the all-season gite. 10 mins away: Morillon and the Grand Massif ski area (250 km of slopes). Portes du Soleil ski area 17km away (Les Gets).
Chamonix 50 minutes by car, Annecy 1 hour.
Animals prohibited except on conditions established with the owner. Deposit requested in free management 1500€.
