We are very concerned about the environment, which is why we have put in place these few measures: The sorting of waste within the flat. We only use low consumption light bulbs and household appliances. We favour eco-responsible products. We change bed and bath linen only on request. The flat has a large bicycle/ski room to encourage soft mobility. One of the two private garages is reserved for electric cars.

    Profile

"Born in the region, we were looking for a large flat with the criteria of being close to Annecy city centre, accessible on foot and with a view of the lake!
We found this special place when we discovered the "Avant-Scène" property development and were seduced by the bold architecture of the buildings designed by the famous architect Christian De Portzamparc.
Then we were dazzled by the volume and the exceptional view of this 200 m² Atic. The Annecy-based architecture firm "Atelier Giguet" designed this magnificent flat.
The main idea was to use the same aesthetic codes of the building's emblematic roof on the inside.
Our project, which was thought through over a long period of time, aims to provide the occupants with maximum comfort in large volumes.
We have put our know-how, our energy and our enthusiasm into a result that we hope will seduce you.
For sports enthusiasts, there is a special "omnisports" equipment room where everything has been designed for golfers, skiers and cyclists.
Finally, for the contemplative... we invite you to meet on the terrace facing the lake".
    Françoise and Patrick.
