2 quiet bedrooms on the garden-esplanade side, each sleeping up to 4 people with 1 queen-size bed, which can be converted into 2 x 80 cm beds (on request and subject to agreement). All beds are equipped with eco-friendly bedding (100% latex and cotton).

A bathroom with a walk-in shower, large washbasin and wall-mounted towel rail. There is a washing machine with dryer. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

The loft-style living room has 2 armchairs and a sofa to watch the multi-channel TV equipped with a large screen.
Internet and wifi are available throughout the flat.
The kitchen with its large dining room table is a place of conviviality impossible to circumvent of the flat: you will return there very often. At your disposal: fridge-freezer, 2 ovens, traditional and microwave. 4 burner induction hob and extractor hood. Dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle .... and all the equipment for the table and the kitchen.
