Traditional renovated farmhouse from 1851, offering a magnificent panorama of the Beaufortain massif. At the crossroads of Les Saisies station (6km), Arêches station (8km) and Hauteluce - Les Contamines station (7km). Charming typical hamlet with narrow streets. Detached house (access by staircase going down the slope on one level). Gite on the 1st floor: living room-kitchen-lounge, Bluetooth docking station, pellet stove, 3 bedrooms (3 single beds including 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed / 2 single beds 80 x 200 which can be combined into 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm / 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), one of which has a private bathroom (shower with WC).
