On the ground floor (access by a few steps, or on one level from the terrace):
Integrated kitchen open to living room (wood stove, Tv, sofa), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, dressing room, bathroom with walk-in shower, wc), laundry room, separate wc.
Upstairs: bedrooms 2 and 3 (each with: 2 beds 80x190cm which can be twinned 160cm, dressing room, balcony, bathroom with shower and wc), bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x160200cm), bathroom (bath), independent wc.
The staircase leading to the first floor has narrow steps as well as a large central wooden stringer.
Sheets are included, and beds made on arrival. Large double garage, and possibility of parking next to the chalet.
South-west terrace with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue.
Megeve/Saint-Gervais ski resort at 2km (Princess gondola), Combloux ski resort at 5.5km (Cuchet car park or Jaillet gondola).
Combloux center and biotope lake 3km away (summer bathing in front of Mont-Blanc). Megeve center and Sports resort 5km away (swimming pool, wellness area, ice rink ...).
Saint-Gervais thermal bath (Le Fayet) at 9km. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 30 minutes by car.
Many hikes to practice nearby (hiking, or snowshoeing). Stay 3 weeks-10%.
