Cottage 74m2 built on 2 levels with another cottage (identical) in joint ownership. Independent entrance on the back of the chalet. Ski areas: Saint-Gervais/Megeve at 2.5km (by the Bettex gondola), Saint-Gervais/Les Houches at 2.5km by tram Mont-Blanc. Les Contamines-Montjoie (+ski area) at 8km. In summer, many hikes nearby (Mont-Joly, Bettex ...). Cnix-Mont-Blanc at 30 minutes by car.
