Gîte 1 (70m2) at garden level: kitchen (microwave) opening onto living room (2 single stowaway beds, DVD), storeroom, bathroom, WC. 2nd level: bedroom 1 (double bed, shower room), bedroom 2 (2 single beds), WC. Balcony, terrace, garden, garden furniture, barbecue. Central heating. Bed linen supplied. 10% reduction for stays of 3 weeks. A nature reserve with many hiking/riding tracks including the 'Tour du Mont-Blanc' (classic Alpine mountain walk) can be accessed directly from gîte. Nearby: leisure centre (swimming, riding school, tennis club, rock climbing, etc). Saint-Gervais (spa town, fitness centre) 15min away.

Very beautiful view on Mont-Blanc massif for this gîte (70m2) on 2 levels in a beautiful wooded house also including another gîte. Each has its own private entrance.
Independent access on the ground floor: integrated kitchen open to living room (TV, bench, DVD player), pantry, bathroom (bath), separate toilet.
Upstairs: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm, private bathroom with shower), bedroom (2 beds 90x190cm), separate toilet.
Balcony, garden level terrace with furniture, barbecue, large garden. Central heating. On-site parking (1 covered place).

Les Contamines center village 10-15 minutes walk (700m), with path on site.
Departing from the Tour du Mont-Blanc gîte and numerous hikes in the nature reserve. Nearby: leisure center 1.5 km away (swimming, equestrian center, tennis club, climbing rock).
Ideal place to enjoy the montains. Saint-Gervais thermal bath/Le Fayet : 20 minutes by car. Shuttle 150m.
