Large wooden deck, (garden furniture), BBQ, 3 private parking places. 10% reduction for stays of 3 weeks. Winter: 120km of ski slopes, cross-country skiing, ice rink, snow-shoeing. Summer: hiking/riding on the doorstep, leisure centre (tennis, lake, climbing, etc.) 1.5km. Spa at Saint-Gervais 15km. Departure point for 'Tour du Mont Blanc'.
