Very nice gite of 72m² on the 1st floor of a small building with other accommodation and premises for a paragliding school (in season). In the heart of the village, in a quiet area of Lathuile, near Doussard and Lake Annecy.
Protected parking space and visitor spaces. Access to the gîte by internal staircase (door from sidewalk on the road side and from the car park).
Entrance into living room with large relaxation area including a sofa bed for 2 people, satellite TV, decorative electric fireplace. A curtain separates the sleeping area from the living room.
Large independent fitted kitchen with dining area with high chairs. Access from living room and kitchen to a large terrace (open view of mountains and lake). Corridor leading to the shower rooms (walk-in shower, separate WC) and to the bedroom (160x200cm bed, 70cm extra folding bed), TV. Private washing machine. Bed linen and towels available as options. End of stay cleaning also possible as an option. Access to private bicycle storage (cellar).
Lake, beach and port (Doussard) 2.5km away. Greenway access around the lake at 1.5km. Bout du lac nature reserve. From the cottage, hikes in the Regional Natural Park of the Massif des Bauges. Skiing: Seythenex (La Sambuy) at 18km, La Clusaz at 37km. Golf (Giez) at 7km. Doussard paragliding site at 3 km, La Forclaz at 16 km. Annecy at 17 km (boat possible at the port of Doussard). Reduction 3 weeks -10%.
