Entrance hall opening onto the living room including an integrated kitchen open to the living room (table for up to 6 people) and a lounge area (sofa, TV). Cellar.
Sleeping area and shower rooms separated from the living room by the hall and a sliding door. Bedroom 1 (1 140x190 bed, dressing room), bedroom 2 (1 140x190 bed, dressing room), bedroom 3 (1 sofa bed, storage). Bathroom with walk-in shower, large washbasin and plenty of storage. Independent WC. Washing machine. Mosquito nets integrated into the windows.
Access to outdoor space on the ground around the house. Large garden area with plancha, parasol, wooden picnic table, deckchairs and Lafuma sunbeds.
Operation of the owners on the property: no presence of farm animals in summer and presence without nuisance in winter.
Sheets and towels are provided, beds are made on arrival. End of stay cleaning possible as an option. Parking at the foot of the house.
Lake Annecy, beaches, old town and cycle path 8km away. Swimming in the Fier river at 600m. Hikes in Parmelan (car park 9km away) and Bornes massif, Col de la Forclaz. Le Semnoz (20km) and Glières plateau (25km) in summer and winter (hiking, skiing).
Shops 3km away (village centre). Orange Montisel leisure center 23km away. In winter: Aravis ski areas 30km away (35 minutes): La Clusaz-Grand Bornand. Geneva, airport 40 minutes away.
