Entrance hall opening onto the living room including a fitted kitchen open to the living room (table for up to 6 people) and a lounge area (sofa, TV). Cellar.
Sleeping area and shower rooms separated from the living room by the hall and a sliding door. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190, dressing room), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190, dressing room), bedroom 3 (1 convertible sofa, storage space). Shower room with walk-in shower, large bathroom plan and plenty of storage space. Independent WC.
Access to outdoor space on the ground around the house. Owners' exploitation on the property, no animals in summer and presence without nuisance in winter. Mosquito nets integrated into the windows.
Sheets and towels are provided, beds are made on arrival. Optional end-of-stay cleaning.
Parking at the foot of the house. Washing machine in common utility room on the ground floor of the house.
Lake Annecy, beaches, old town and cycle path 8km away. Swimming in the Fier river at 600m. Hiking in Parmelan (parking 9km away) and the Bornes massif. Le Semnoz (20km) and Glières plateau (25km) in summer and winter (hiking, skiing).
Shops 3km (village center). Orange Montisel leisure center 23km away. In winter: Aravis ski areas 30km (35 minutes): La Clusaz-Grand Bornand. Geneva, airport 40 minutes away.
