In an old renovated country farm, between lakes and Chablais peaks, mountain atmosphere for this gite (85m² + attic) on the 2nd floor (1st floor from car park). Farm comprising 1 other gite, the owners' home and 2 year-round rentals. Common entrance from the back of the chalet.
Integrated kitchen open to living room, access to the balcony (mountain view), bedroom 1 with 1 double bed 140x190cm, bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Small cellar
Duplex: mezzanine with sofa and desk, bedroom 2 with 3 beds 90x190cm, 2 of which can be combined.
Central heating. Optional: sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning.
Shared with the other gite: land - garden, terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. Car park, 1 car garage. Holiday center in a hamlet.
