In an old fully restored farmhouse comprising 4 gites, the owners' accommodation and an indoor swimming pool, "Les Mitaines" gite of 131m² on the 1st floor of the chalet (access only by 3 steps from the back of the chalet and the car park). Independent entrance.
Entrance hall, integrated kitchen open to the dining room and the large living room with fireplace (wood provided), tv, stereo (possibility of extra bed in convertible sofa), direct access to the terrace offering a very beautiful view of the mountains.
4 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm and 2 bunk beds 80, tv), bedroom 2 (1 bed 180x190 (2 twin beds 90) and 2 bunk beds 90), bedroom 3 (1 bed 180x190 (2 twin beds 90)) , bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200cm).
1 bathroom with shower + wc, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, 1 separate wc. Washing machine in the cottage.
Sheets and towels provided, optional: cleaning during and end of stay. Wifi internet access.
Private terrace with garden furniture, plancha, deckchairs. Communal heated indoor swimming pool.
Court, private parking. Large lot around the chalet. Toboggans made available by the owners. Local skis and bikes.
Center of the village (shops, restaurants, etc.) at 300m. Beginner skiing in Saint-Jean-de-Sixt. Ski resorts (Aravis) of Grand-Bornand and La Clusaz at 3 km, ski bus shuttle at 300m.
