Raised ground floor: entrance hall, fitted kitchen open to the living room - dining room (wood stove with wood provided, television, sofa, dining table, access to the balcony), separate wc with washing machine and dryer .
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with in each: 1 bed 140x190cm, bathroom (shower), balcony access. 1 separate toilet. Access by steep stairs to a very low mezzanine (max height 1.50m) with 3 beds 90x190cm.
Lower part of the chalet: bedroom 3 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 4 (2 beds 90x190cm), bathroom (shower), separate toilet, storage room - bikes - skis.
Bed linen - sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning optional. Wifi internet access.
South and west facing balcony with garden furniture, deck chairs, electric barbecue. Private parking in front of the chalet. Central heating.
The chalet is located on the edge of the Route des Confins linking the center of the village to the Vallée des Confins. Farm in front of the chalet (drying (fan) + hay storage at certain times of the year and cheese production)
Center of the village of La Clusaz at 600m: shops, activities, services, swimming pool, entertainment... Skiing / ski area: Bossonnet lifts at 600m. Possibility to reach the lifts by the green run in front of the chalet. Cross-country skiing, fishing in Les Confins 4km away. Free shuttle 200m away. Thônes 12km, Lake Annecy 26km, Annecy 45 minutes away, Chamonix and Geneva around 1 hour away.
