Chalet comprising 2 gîtes + 1 accommodation. Gite on 2 levels (access on one level from the tarmac and common car park, monitored by camera). Ground floor: living room-kitchen-lounge, Wifi, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), separate WC, sauna (with shower and Swedish bucket). 1st floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom (3 single beds 80 x 200 cm), and a mezzanine/coin-mountain closed by a curtain (1 double bed 140 x190cm), separate WC. Sheets included + beds made + bathroom linen (1 towel/person) + household linen included. Double balconies. Private garden with gravel terrace. Common natural ground (3ha).
