Entrance on the back of the chalet. At the entrance level (ground floor): large hall with office, bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom (walk-in shower), separate wc.
On the lower level: integrated kitchen open to living room (TV, wood stove), utility room with cupboards and wc.
Very nice terrace accessible from this level with garden furniture, awning, barbecue, deckchairs.
On the 1st floor of the chalet (entrance hall): bedroom 2 (4 bunk beds 90x190cm), bedroom 3 (1 bed 140x190cm), bathroom (shower, wc). Sheets are included.
Parking: spaces behind the chalet, or in a courtyard just next to the chalet.
For skiing: Morillon ski lifts 5km away (Grand Massif ski area connecting the Samoëns, Morillon, Les Carroz, Flaine resorts).
Lac Bleu leisure center at 4.5km: summer swimming, tree climbing, ponies, fishing etc ...
Possibility of hiking, snowshoeing at the dice of the cottage.
Village of Samoëns at 10km. Fer-A-Cheval natural site 35 minutes by car, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 1 hour
Snow equipment highly recommended in winter. Stay 3 weeks -10%.
