Independent chalet of 71m2 on 2 levels (access by a staircase). Decoration and typical atmosphere of a mountain chalet. On the garden level: kitchen open to living room: 2 sofas, fireplace, tv. Reversible climate control.
Bathroom (bath), separate wc. Upstairs, Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, 2 bunk beds 80cm, Tv), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, baby bed, Tv), bedroom 3 / sleeping area (1 bed 140 + 1 bunk bed 90).
Shower room with wc. Internet wifi. Balcony, south and ost terrace with sauna (free) and private spa (in supplement: 150 € for the week + additional deposit of 500 €), furniture and barbecue. The chalet has a storage room for skis and bikes. Car park.
Sheets are provided. Electric heating. Thônes town center 2km away. Croix Fry ski area (linked to La Clusaz) 11km away. Grand-Bornand, La Clusaz at 14km.
Lake Annecy and beaches 16km, old town of Annecy 21km. Many walks, hikes, via ferrata nearby in summer. Reduction for stay 3 weeks -10%. Maximum 1 animal accepted in the gîte.
