Gîte of 66 m² including 5 m² under the attic in an independent house on two levels near a small road in the hamlet. Access by wide and sheltered exterior staircase.
Entrance into the living room with relaxation area/TV (sofa, armchair, pouf, coffee table) and access to the terrace and private outdoor area. Kitchen open to living room with dining area and bar separating the kitchen from the living room. Dishwasher, in the bar part, fridge and independent freezer.
Internal staircase to access the bedrooms. Bedroom 1 (140x190 cm bed, sofa bed, wardrobe/closet), bedroom 2 (2 non-joinable 90x190 cm beds, armchair and reading area).
Shower room (Italian shower) on the ground floor including the WC separated by a sliding door. Electric floor heating (ceiling upstairs). Household linen and sheets provided, beds made on arrival. Bathroom linen and end of stay cleaning possible as an option. Wi-Fi Internet. Cot and high chair available. Private land with garden furniture and swing accessible in summer. Small balcony at the top of the access staircase with bistro table.
Private parking in front of the gîte and additional spaces nearby. -10% for stays of 3 weeks. Bakery at 800m with sale of fruit and vegetables in summer.
In the heart of a hamlet located near Lake Annecy, Savoy (Ugine, Albertville) and at the gates of the Regional Natural Park of the Massif des Bauges, Aravis, Beaufortain... Lake Annecy 12km, city of Annecy at 29km, Annecy-Albertville cycle path at 800m.
Cultural activities (Gallo-Roman Museum, Butterfly Museum and Dungeon in Faverges…) and varied sports activities nearby (paragliding, swimming pools, Giez golf course, tree climbing…). Ski areas: Seythenex 13km, Aravis (Grand-Bornand/La Clusaz), Espace Diamant, Les Saisies 30km.
