Tsaré Loft is located at the heart of Chandon, only 5 minutes from the lifts of the 3 Valleys area, shops and restaurants. Chandon is one of the most authentic, quiet and charming village of the Meribel valley. Parking private spaces nearby. Regular and free shuttles just opposite the accommodation. Direct starting point of hiking trails. Option to rent a large room to store bicycles and mountain bikes, with possibility of electric charging (€15 per week and per occupant).
This 165 sqm duplex for 12-13 people located in the upper stairs of Tsaré has spacious volumes combining tradition and modernity and benefits from the Meribel Label ****. The apartment features comfortable beds, storage spaces, walk-in showers, a large oak farm table, a fireplace and a home theatre corner (Netflix included). The atmosphere is cosy and Chalet-style. Two large South-facing balconies boast magnificent views of the Meribel Valley.
The first floor comprises four bedrooms, two large bathrooms and two toilets. Bedrooms are equipped with one queen-sized bed, one double bed, two twin-beds (which can be converted into one King-sized bed), two bunk beds and one pull-out bed. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a walk-in shower. The other has a bathtub (with shower).
The second floor comprises a large and luminous living-room with a fireplace, a lounge-diner area, a fully fitted kitchen and a home theatre corner. It has also a walk-in bathroom and WC. The kitchen is well-equipped with worktops and household appliances (*). The dining area has a large oak farm table, seating 14, and a sideboard. The lounge is furnished with a number of comfortable sofas in microfiber, armchairs, poufs and coffee tables. A large alcove houses the home theatre corner. A sofa bed, attached to a chaise longue-trunk, faces the connected TV.
The mezzanine has two twin-beds (which can be converted into one King-sized bed).
(*) Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, pyrolysis oven, hood, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, pressure cooker, raclette machine, dishes and cutlery.
Additional amenities: Secure digicode-controlled access, washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, games, Internet broadband and Wi-Fi.

Option to rent simultaneously a renovated apartment, the ('Tsare Garden') in the same building, accommodating up to 16 people in all.

Cancellation and Refund policy for health reasons

Roc & Arole or the Client may cancel or postpone the booking in the following cases:

• the prohibition of any movement, imposed by the competent French administrative authorities or by those of the Client's country of main residence, for health reasons, making access to the accommodations offered for rent by Roc & Arole, impossible, on the dates of the Client’s booking;
• the official closure of the accommodations offered for rent by Roc & Arole on the dates of the Client’s booking, by the competent authorities, for health reasons;

Roc & Arole or the Client shall notify the other party as soon as possible of the impossibility of performing its contractual obligations due to the present clause.

Cancellation of the booking due to the present clause shall not be subject to any charge invoiced by Roc & Arole. The sums already paid by the Client (deposit or down payment) shall be returned by Roc & Arole within 60 days from the notification of the impossibility to perform the contractual obligations due to the present clause.

Roc & Arole cannot be held liable in the event of cancellation or postponement resulting from a case of the present clause.
