Alloup House

Located at the bottom of the hamlet of Alloup, the chalet has a car park 50 m from the chalet, slightly upstream, which isolates it from any car traffic. The center of the village is 3 km and you are less than an hour-drive from the well-known places of the region (Chamonix, Annecy, etc.)
Downstream, the land is a private pasture, and the view covers several successive peaks, up to thirty kilometers, and on the Bargy mountain overlooking Mont Saxonnex.

A garden south-orientated (~ 80 m2) is in front of the house, and can enjoy the calm of the mountain.
The ground floor has a kitchen open to the living room (with fireplace and windows on the view), a dining room, a master suite.
The first floor has a direct entrance from the outside (to leave coats and other stuffs...), a large landing overlooking the 4 bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs.
