Description of the appellation : Abondance is a raw-milk cheese made in Haute-Savoie, which has a Protected Designation of Origin. This semi-hard cheese is made exclusively from raw cow's milk produced in the department.

Ferme de l'Auboury is a farm with 30 Abondance dairy cows and cheese processing (Abondance fermier AOP and other seasonal products). The farm store will open in time for the 2024 Christmas vacations.
