A return trip along the river Arve to Les Houches or to Chamonix, depending on where you start. The trail mainly follows paths, but when you arrive in Les Houches you will need to use the departmental road that crosses over the Route Blanche road - be careful here.
Warning: There are also pedestrians along this trail.
Helmet and protective gear highly recommended; mountain bikes must be equipped with a suitable braking system.
A mountain biking trail guide is available from the bike rental shops around the valley and the Tourist Offices.
