This varied circuit begins with an ascent up the hidden Vallée des Huiles, before climbing the Col du Grand Cucheron. The descent goes through the dense Forêts des Hurtières to the little Lac de Charbonnières. The return leg passes through the Val Gelon, along a straight and very fast road.
