Cécilia, sports educator (STAPS license), ski instructor (BEES Alpine Skiing) and certified yoga teacher: 200YTT (Rishikesh, India) in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, dynamic yoga instructor (Leaderfit), additional training in pre and postnatal, Children's Yoga (Greenyoga) and Yogatherapy (Shantyoga).
I offer you a modern yoga, all in motion, aimed at strengthening, softening, improving the posture and mobility of the body.
The synchronization of movement and breathing helps to calm the mind and achieve a general and lasting state of well-being.
