Energy Yoga is a gentle physical practice that is accessible to everyone. It is a very subtle form of yoga, which leads to a global sensation of the breath and the body as a whole.
The yoga posture is not a goal, but rather a means of bringing about a certain energetic vibration of well-being.
Linked to the seasons of Chinese energy, certain postures aim to relax the acupuncture meridians.
Group yoga sessions (energy yoga) are offered every week in Sallanches and Combloux.

Linda CRIVELLI is a university graduate in biophotonic expertise, a yoga teacher and a scientific geobiologist (GEOBIOS accreditation). At the same time, she is a consultant in HR and business management, which gives her a good understanding of the influences and issues in our society that have an impact on well-being.

Reception
- Please bring a mat, soft clothing, a bottle of water and a blanket.
- Carpets available on loan (please specify when booking)
- Depending on the weather, the class can be held outside. The location will be given to you when you book.
- Access to the sports hall at Combloux tourist office is from the outside, via the staircase leading down to Le Plan B restaurant.
- Private lessons, yogatherapy, energy assessment using biophotonic imagery, at home or at the practice possible
