PRENATAL YOGA
Based on years of teaching yoga to mums-to-be and on her own experience of motherhood, Julia proposes to accompany you in prenatal yoga sessions throughout your pregnancy, to help you feel good about yourself during this period of transformation.
Stretch and strengthen your body, soothe your mind and learn to use your breath as a proper relaxation tool.
You can begin prenatal yoga at any stage of your pregnancy, even if you have never done yoga before.
