The yoga I teach is a reflection of my natural curiosity for the living, a yoga that accompanies you towards yourself with gentleness and commitment. With ancestral wisdoms such as traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurveda as a backdrop, I also enjoy using more contemporary tools such as cardiac coherence, hypnosis and inner journeys. I like to use my sensitivity to create sessions that are always adapted to the group, while taking into account each person's individuality. I come from Shiva Rea's Prana Flow Vinyasa, a magnificent base of fluid and spiritual transmission, to which I've added my latest passions. (the yoga of the moons associated with the 4 lunar phases, for example).
