White Week-End on the slopes

Here are the activities you can take part in throughout the weekend (each activity takes place on Saturday and Sunday, except for the big toboggan run which only takes place on Saturday)

SNOWSHOE TREKKING :
- Le Bettex, departures at 9.30 am and 2.30 pm. Duration: 2 hours. Children aged 6/7 and over must be able to walk for 2 hours. Bookings at the Tourist Office.

INTRODUCTION TO SKI TOURING :
- Le Bettex, departures at 9.30am and 2pm. Duration: 2h30. From 15 years of age. Skis provided, but not hiking boots. Bring your ski touring boots. Bookings at the Tourist Office.

TELEMARK INITIATION :
- At Le Bettex. From 10am to 4pm. Duration: approx. 1 hour. Equipment provided by Val Mont Joie Telemark. Registration on site.

ZAG SKI TEST :
- At Le Bettex, from 10am to 4pm. Length of test: 1 hour.

TARDY SKI TEST: :
- At Le Bettex, from 10am to 4pm. Length of test: 1 hour. The person testing the skis must leave their own pair of skis or an identity card. ATTENTION: the skis tested are alpine skis. Please bring a pair of alpine ski boots.

DISCOVER THE BEST ALPINE SKI ROUTES :
- At Le Bettex, departures at 1pm. Duration: 2 hours. Registration possible at the Tourist Office. With an ESF instructor. Minimum age: 12 years. Level: red run/3rd star.

DISCOVERY OF FREERIDE SPOTS (OFF-PISTE) :
- At Le Bettex, departures at 1pm. Duration: 2h30. Registration compulsory at the Tourist Office. With an ESF instructor. Minimum age: 12 years.

TIME TRIAL SLALOM :
- At Le Bettex. From 2pm to 4pm. No registration required. From the top of the Bettex ski lift: give your name, go down and discover your timing at the bottom of the slope. No minimum age required.

MASSAGES - DISCOVERY OF FOOT REFLEXOLOGY :
- At Mont d'Arbois. From 10am to 4pm. Duration: 10-15 min. By the Thermes de Saint Gervais.

DISCOVERY OF SAINT-GERVAIS MONT BLANC DERMO-COSMETIC PRODUCTS :
- At Mont d'Arbois. From 10am to 4pm. Trial of Saint-Gervais Mont Blanc dermo-cosmetic products. Purchase of products possible.

HERBAL TEA TASTING :
- At Mont d'Arbois. From 10am to 4pm.

YOGA :
- At Mont d'Arbois. Saturday: 2pm to 3pm and 3pm to 4pm. Sunday: 2pm to 3pm. Duration: 1 hour. Relax in front of Mont Blanc with this yoga class, open to all levels. Bring a gym mat.

MEET CHARLOTTE LA MARMOTTE :
- At Mont d'Arbois. From 12pm to 1pm. Come and meet the Saint-Gervais Tourist Office mascot!

BIATHLON INITIATION - RIFLE SHOOTING :
- At Mont d'Arbois. From 10am to 4pm. Try your hand at biathlon with 4 shooting stations complete with rifles.

LASER RIFLE SHOOTING :
- At Mont d'Arbois. From 1pm to 3.30pm. Minimum age: 5 years. The activity is located near the Marmottons play area.

DAMEUSE VISIT :
- At Mont d'Arbois. From 10am to 12pm. Climb into a snow groomer and discover the cockpit of the ‘snow magicians’ with an experienced groomer.

PARAGLIDING FLIGHT :

GREAT TOBOGGAN RUN :
- SATURDAYS ONLY. At Le Bettex. At 4pm. Price: 15 euros (instead of 28 euros). For children aged 8 and over. Sledge provided. Bookings required at the ESF in Saint-Gervais: 0450931014. Meet in front of the ESF.
