The concept of the event :

The format of the Journées du Bien-Être at La Rosière can be summed up in 3 points:
- A well-being fair on Monday 4 August from at the Plan de l'Arc.
Our event concept is based on introducing and democratising well-being practices. So it's only natural that we should offer you a salon format around the Lac du Repos. All the week's practitioners will be on hand to talk through their activities and answer your questions, giving you the chance to find out a little more about all the practices on offer at the Journées du Bien-Être and perhaps try your hand at an introductory workshop.

- Introductory well-being workshop:
Come and discover the different workshops offered by our practitioners. From 4 to 8 August, in the mornings from 10am and in the afternoons from 2.30pm, choose the workshops you would like to discover from among those on offer. Don't forget to register at our ticket office to get your place. Registration costs €5.

- Private sessions: 100% à la carte.
Individual services by appointment with each practitioner for the practice(s) of your choice, with a view to going further than a workshop or taking advantage of their presence on site. Bookings can be made directly with the salon's professionals, subject to availability. Private areas are available at the Balcons residence. Prices depend on the session.
