Located at an altitude of 1921m at the foot of the Altiport, the Pralong mountain pasture is home to several partners. The herd of about a hundred cows contributes, by grazing, to the maintenance of the famous ski runs. The milk is delivered to the Praz cheese factory for the production of Beaufort Summer.
