Sabrina Millot, trained by the Medicinal plants school of Lyon with a 30 year's practise, will guide you and explain how you can recognise and cook the wild plants of our mountains.
You will be staying in La Grangelitte B&B, at Lucie's, and the whole house will follow your schedule.
Saturday:
8:30 am: delicious homemade breakfast.
9:30 am: start of your first stroll picking edible plants with Sabrina.
11:30 am: back at La Grangelitte, you will prepare and savour your picking together.
3 pm: second picking stroll with Sabrina.
5 pm: back at La Grangelitte, you will prepare your picking together.
7:30 pm: friendly dinner made with your daily picking.
Sunday:
9 am: delicious homemade breakfast.
10 am: creative workshops on phytotherapy by Sabrina (you go home with your creation)
12:30 pm: friendly lunch at la Grangelitte made with your picking.
End of the stay around 2 pm.
