Sound nap in the orchard

A moment of simplicity and sharing in the heart of the Jardin des Cimes, which aims to use music as a tool for well-being and deep relaxation. People will be able to settle comfortably on a yoga mat or a blanket. After a few breaths and a guided relaxation, the sound siesta will start gently. The sounds of nature will blend with Tibetan bowls, didgeridoo and other incredible instruments. The beginning meditation and sound nap will last about 60 minutes, which is equivalent to a deep meditation. A little time just for yourself, just to receive. Each instrument is a range of sounds and frequencies, a colour, a movement within oneself, images, sensations, and perhaps even answers to questions! The inner journey will be as rich and varied as there are sound frequencies. After a gentle return to the here and now, people will be able to share their feelings if they wish and ask questions about the practice of sound bathing and sound massage and their benefits.

The sound nap will be proposed by Delphine Burnet and Florent Demaison on Saturday 3 June, and only by Delphine on Sunday 4 June.

Presentation of the speaker :

Delphine Burnet, a secondary school teacher and sound therapist trained at the Peter Hess Academy. She offers sound massages and sound naps in the middle of nature to share her passion for music. She also works in schools through her association Sonâm.

Florent Demaison, guitar, handpan and didgeridoo teacher. He has brought back from his travels many instruments from around the world. From the Mongolian violin to the Amerindian flute or the Armenian duduk, this jack of all trades is always ready to share his passion.

Flo del Mundo and Sonâm is a beautiful story of friendship that has opened up into musical adventures including sound siestas and a musical tale for children.
