Resourcing and breathing cure
After the festive season, Zentao and Tao des Meursaults invite you to take a break... to find yourself, recharge your batteries, regenerate and breathe in the fresh air. On the program: Do In, Qi Gong, meditation and free mountain walks (on foot or snowshoes).

Accommodation + 1 meal / day and arrival meal: 192€.

Cure begins on Saturday at 4pm, course ends on Tuesday at 5pm.
