Lav Sharma and Cyril Tosi propose a Hatha Yoga weekend in the heart of the Vanoise
of the Vanoise, in Bessans (alt 1740 m).
Work on postures, Nada Yoga, Pranayama, meditative walking, theoretical contributions
theoretical contributions in ayurveda and other themes will be on the programme.

Prices

Cost of teaching: 150 € per weekend/pers.
Accommodation and meals at the Bessanaise centre:
Formula 1 full board comfort version: 178 €/pers.
Package 2 full board comfort version : 168 €/pers.
Package 3 full board standard version: 140 €/pers.
Meals will be taken at the centre, in the form of a buffet
(suitable for vegetarians)
Included in your package, access to the SPA (jacuzzi, hammam and sauna).
