Since 2013, Montagne en Scène has been presenting a selection of the best mountain films twice a year, whether skiing, mountaineering, paragliding or climbing. The films have breathtaking images in common, but their strength lies above all in presenting extraordinary human adventures. The festival is shown in 250 cities worldwide.
The aim of our festival is to present human adventures, personal or collective, accessible or extreme, close to home or on the other side of the world. Our selection of films is therefore not based on specific standards, but rather on "coups de coeur": beautiful, well-edited projects that tell a story with an emphasis on human adventure. Our selection is therefore very varied, as its aim is to show the diversity of mountain sports. We're looking for films that tell stories with a sense of humor, or with an interesting artistic approach.

The Montagne en Scène festival celebrates the passion of the mountains through adventure films and sporting exploits: mountaineering, skiing, climbing and much more. This event brings together lovers of the great outdoors to share stories.
