- Pilates (1 hour):
Come strengthen and soften your body through a series of dynamic exercises and deep muscle work punctuated by specific breathing.
- No-Mess Yoga (1 hour):
Practice safe yoga taking into account your morphology and your limitations. Session with sequence of postures, exercises of
breathing and relaxation time.
- Muscle awakening (1 hour):
A gentle awakening to become aware of each part of your body through a body scan and vibration techniques.
