Once you arrive in Albiez-le-Jeune, challenged by the ringing of bells, you may be observed by a herd of around sixty curious goats. Nearby is Nicolas and Sandrine's human-scale family farm. They will be the first producers of your visit. Breeders in harmony with nature, they will make you discover the profession of goatherd and their goats.
Not far away, you may hear the buzzing of bees! Edith, beekeeper, will make you discover the life, the functioning of a hive and the production of honey. An exciting visit for young and old. Welcome foodies! Edith also makes artisanal marshmallows, nougat, caramel and gingerbread, as well as honey soap.
The flowers, Natur'Alpine cultivates them to then pick them and dry them! Thanks to her knowledge and her know-how, she creates syrups, herbal teas, balms, condiments and plant jelly.
Florence makes artisanal soaps in her laboratory in Albiez-le-Jeune. Its soaps are made entirely by hand, from 100% natural and organic ingredients. They are gentle on the environment and on your skin!
A farmers' market will be held in Albiez-le-Jeune, following the visit, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
