In the presence of the Mayor, Catherine Bastard, and elected officials from Thonon Agglomération.
> 12pm - 2pm: Canadian lunch
To share a convivial moment, we invite you to bring your own prepared dish. Seasonal fruit and vegetables will complement your lunch. They will be provided by the eco-garden, the GAEC "Aux légumes de saison" and "Les jardins de Veigy".
> 2pm - 5pm: compost sieving
Learn the basics of compost sifting and leave with your own compost. Don't forget to bring your bucket!
> 3 - 4 pm: "Living soil, fertile soil & permaculture" conference
Lecture by Franck Gossmann, biology and mathematics teacher for over 20 years, certified in permaculture since 2015.

Living soil festival
The aim of this event is to raise awareness of the importance of green waste management and environmentally-friendly gardening practices. The day will be punctuated by a wide range of activities, including talks, walks, etc.
